WAYS TO WEAR IT : NEUTRAL SWEATER – 2 THANKSGIVING OUTFIT IDEAS

are you dressing up or wearing something a little more casual for Thanksgiving this year? back to the grind of sharing ways to wear it : neutral sweater – 2 Thanksgiving outfit ideas

dressed up

when I dress up, I still like being comfortable so an oversized sweater is a win for me – pair it with your ‘nice’ black leggings or I love this pair of jeans from Mott + Bow.

to feel a tad fancier I threw on a statement necklace (this necklace is interchangeable and you can layer it how you want)

I’ve decided that hats make everything better lol (this one is on my list) – you could even wear a bold berry lipstick (I LOVE this one, shade plum) and you’ll be perfectly dressed up for a Thanksgiving dinner and guaranteed family photo op!

this sweater I bought last fall from Target and I’m always getting questions about it – I found a few similar ones that I’ll link below

I really like this one, and I bought this one and it fits so cute!

casual

if you’re going more casual this year for Thanksgiving, I recommend a cute sneaker – a neutral shoe is so fun and easy for any casual look. sneakers are practical for playing family games and are comfy for car rides – love this pair

are you traveling this year? I’m actually not sure what we’re doing as a family – it’s been a strange year for sure and we feel fortunate that we live so close to most of our extended family.

this jacket I found at a boutique but it sold out SO fast – it’s a dupe for a Free People one and I’m SO obsessed with it. I love the olive color and literally it’s just the cutest thing. I found an orange one (seen here) last winter and fell in love with this bomber/puffer style of coat. I’ll link similar ones below

loving this one – it’s next on my list!

if you’ve followed for a while you may have noticed that I dress much more casual and neutral these days. I’m not sure why my style has changed – maybe my lifestyle, or the way trends have gone. my typical stores like J.Crew and Target have even become more boho, and trendy which attributes to my purchases I’m sure.

I think it’s fun to look back and see how I’ve changed. I personally feel like I’ve never been happier about my style. sometimes change is a good thing and I’m grateful for my ‘glow up’ and it’s a constant thing I’m working on. to better myself – not just in my appearance but in my attitude, in my work ethic, in my spirituality, in my work as a mother and wife. so so grateful for this life I live and the opportunity to grow.

thanks for reading!! I hope this post ways to wear it : neutral sweater- 2 thanksgiving outfit ideas was helpful in giving ideas of what to wear for your family dinners this month!
