I’m happy to be sharing how my favorite clean makeup just got better – Beautycounter Flawless in Five review!

I started using Beautycounter makeup in May 2020, I was impressed then but the improvements to the collection just in the past year alone are worth noting! (check out my original post back in May 2020)

as a busy mom I know I don’t have a lot of time to get ready but I do LIKE wearing makeup and I love that this Flawless in Five collection makes getting ready so easy and simple. 6 awesome products and just 5 minutes and I can look and feel put together for the day.

the packaging – Beautycounter is working hard to create packaging that is either recyclable, refillable or made of recycled materials.

the product and performance – strict safety standards and triple screenings don’t stop these products from being high performing and beautiful.

let’s dive into what makes each of these products so special!

Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer –

sheer coverage, blendable shades, spf 20 – gives a dewy glow to the skin

Skin Twin Foundation –

buildable coverage, hyaluronic acid keeps skin plump and hydrated – I love applying this foundation with my damp better blender and it melts beautifully onto the skin, giving a true flawless finish

Skin Twin Creamy Concealer –

plump, hydrate and soothe under eyes while brightening and concealing – truly the creamiest and most easily blended concealer I’ve used!

Brows –

choose between the pencil or the gel – both are incredible! I use the invisible gel over where I fill in with my pencil giving me the perfect fluffy brow

Think Big Mascara –

this mascara has been LONG AWAITED. if you’ve tried Beautycounter’s previous mascara you probably weren’t that impressed. just being honest. but THIS one. THIS mascara!!! oh my goodness it’s truly amazing!

I have been LOVING it. really loving it. true black pigment – it’s SO black, made WITHOUT carbon black which has been linked to health issues. formulating a mascara that gives length, volume and lifts ALL while being clean ingredients and tested is quite the accomplishment. plus it has lash care conditioners and is EWG verified!

to remove the mascara – I use these microfiber cloths and my favorite cleansing balm. I apply the cleansing balm to my dry face and massage in to my skin (avoiding my eyes) and then with warm water on my cloth I wash away my makeup (going over my eye area gently)

Powder Blush –

grab these before they’re gone! Beautycounter is discontinuing powder products to go 100% talc free this year (nectar is my favorite shade) (Beautycounter’s talc is safe – they’re just wanting to push boundaries and lead the change in the beauty industry with new innovations)

Beyond Gloss –

you probably know by now that the Beyond Gloss is literally my favorite lipgloss in the world. the colors are gorgeous. responsibly sourced vanilla scented and non stick formula give this gloss all the praise!
