HOW TO WEAR A KNIT SKIRT THIS WINTER

I feel more put together than just wearing loungewear all day, everyday. here’s how to wear a knit skirt this winter ..

I wore this cute knit skirt (here’s the pant version) the other day for my Thanksgiving outfit and honestly have been pairing this skirt with everything – chunky sweaters, mock neck tops and tee shirts (seen here)! it goes with anything you can think of! it’s also surprisingly warm – I wear it around my house and the fabric feels just like pjs! so that’s fun too.

we drove up to Mantua Utah and stopped at this textured/pattern wall while we went through Brigham City – I don’t know if you knew, but Nash and I lived in Brigham when we were first married. funny story too, while we were both little our parents lived around the corner from each other and we attended the same ward for our church. we probably went to nursery together because we were both around 2 in age at that time.

someday I’d like to know because obviously I don’t have any memories being that young – but how funny that I probably knew my husband YEARS before we ‘met’ at age 17 at EFY in Logan Utah.

are you team jacket or no jacket?? this mock neck top I found last year (possibly the year before?) and love it. it’s such a great piece. I love that it’s so versatile and can be layered and worn with so many outfits.

I’ve been really focused this year on buying clothes that I know I can get a lot of use out of. my budget has changed and I’ve shifted from shopping all the time, to only buying when I feel I NEED something. I’ll be showcasing more budget friendly items moving forward and versatility in my wardrobe.
