winter jewel tones
hey friends! I know pastels have been trending for a long time now, but I just can’t get over how regal jewel tones are! I’m obsessed with teal and burgundy and if you have seen my outfits this winter – MOST of them feature burgundy in some way. when I find a color scheme I like, I tend to go overboard and where it non-stop. then I move on to the next thing lol. but today I’m sharing a few ‘jewel toned’ pieces I’m loving …
being pregnant, I’m having to come up with new and inventive ways to wear my current wardrobe. I love skirts with stretchy waistbands that I can tuck tops into. this one comes in black and is the BEST closet staple! this dress is a fun print and would be something you could wear while you’re expecting, and after too.
I tend to hang to things in my closet for a long time. if you’re new around here, welcome! I like to wear things in multiple ways to show you how you can get the MOST out of your wardrobe and so you may see some of the same items styled here on Stripes in Bloom. my heels are a DIY project from 2014! I wore them to church the other day and got so many compliments so I thought I’d re-share the tutorial. they’re seriously SO easy and honestly it made me want to bedazzle everything lol

thanks for reading! I hope you’ve had a fun week, it’s been a busy one over here … dr. appointments, finally taking down our Christmas decor, meetings for my church calling, and organizing fun campaigns that will be coming your way within the next month! I’m excited for what’s to come on Stripes in Bloom and I am thankful for your support!
