todays’ look is the same dress as yesterdays’ look just styled differently. both looks are perfect transitional outfits as we go from summer to fall, I have loved this dress and it’s obviously very summery and bright, so I wanted to style it a couple different ways to give ideas on how to wear something going into a new season 🙂 

this look works because I’m pairing neutrals, this deep ‘oxblood’ color was all the rage last year. these heels are a nice touch to bring in that deep burgundy shade in an unexpected way, pairing it with a neon floral dress. to tone down just how bright the dress is, I’ve styled a long tan cardigan over it. black would be too harsh of a color to wear over the dress in this way (in my opinion). tan is still a lighter neutral that is well accepted in summer and works well with the burgundy heels too!
