the white plates are over 10 years old (they were my wedding gift – an entire 8 piece dining collection set) and the floral plate in the center was a find from our local Smith’s grocery store. the blue floral vase was from Joann’s a few summers ago and I mixed some real and faux white pumpkins for decor on the table

pairing together old and new is my specialty. I enjoy investing in high quality brands and also finding all the best deals and so with me you’ll get a mix of Home Goods and Target too.

this transitional table in the dining room is a perfect mix of styles coming together – I love the upholstered seating and the beaded chandelier. the colorful rug is also another favorite piece in the room. the rattan chairs were an important element in this space and I’m happy they bring in dimension and texture.
