a few reasons you’re probably reaching for extra coffee and energy drinks in your day….

you’re lacking sleep –

I used to think going to bed early was for wimps lol but I’ve found that when I get adequate sleep I don’t mind waking earlier and my body isn’t as tired the next day

this is a big one that a lot of people miss, I’m still working on drinking enough water for my body’s needs. we should intake at least half of our body weight in water ounces — IE. if you’re 150 lbs you should intake around 75 ounces of water daily minimum!
