NIGHTTIME skincare routine
I have changed up my skincare routine in a BIG way this past month so I wanted to share the products that I’m using and quickly became OBSESSED with. here’s a peek at my nighttime skincare routine.
it’s 5 steps and sometimes I add in more products, (or skip some!) I’m sharing it all below π enjoy!
1 – CLEANSER .. I first use a makeup wipe or damp washcloth and remove most of my makeup, I then go in with my cleanser and wash away any leftover makeup and clean my skin
2 – TONER .. I haven’t always believed in using a toner, only recently have I noticed that it actually does pick up any leftover makeup on my face – I’m always amazed at how dirty the cotton ball is even after I cleanse
3 – SERUM – I LOVE the feeling of this serum on my skin. a more concentrated formula – a little goes a long way. it’s a bit more tacky in texture and I let this dry completely before applying my lotion
4 – LOTION – hydrating + lightweight, I use this as a barrier to hold in all the goodness that I just applied to my face
5 – EYE CREAM – helps with dark circles and fine lines – I pat this gently around my under eye and outer corners with my ring finger tips (they’re a lot more delicate in touch – careful not to pull at the skin there)
here’s the full collection that includes the recovery sleeping cream – buy it at a greater discount when you bundle!
the 5 steps above are the basics, I feel each one plays a specific purpose and I really don’t like skipping them. on days when I’m feeling like a want just a quick two/ three step process I’ll cleanse, apply serum and lotion.
sometimes I swap in the cleansing balm instead of my serum or the resurfacing peel instead of lotion.
I don’t specifically have a morning routine, but I essentially do the same steps I just don’t apply the ‘night’ lotions or eye creams, but I do use the cleanser, toner, serum and lotion.
I’m new to the clean beauty scene but when I discovered Beautycounter and gave them a try – I fell in love with how they felt on my face. I wanted to learn more ..
I decided to just jump right in and join as a consultant and the more I learn about their mission and their innovative and beautiful products that more excited I am that I joined. I can’t get enough of their goodness!
I love the way Beautycounter runs as a business, I am obsessed with their look, their branding and packaging. everything is so beautiful but they also PERFORM. their skincare has made my skin look the best it has in YEARS of using a variety of other brands.
I got really relaxed in my skincare and would only use a makeup wipe at night, but since starting Beautycounter I’m actually excited to take off my makeup each night and to continue with the toner, and lotions. my skin just loves the products and I’m already seeing a difference in how bright and healthy my skin looks.
I struggled with large pores, wrinkles starting to form and age spots, dull and dry skin and since using these products I’m seeing more plump, brighter, age spots are fading and my pores on my nose are clearing up. I’m SO happy! lol so if you’re wondering about trying anything – let me know I’d love to help you pick a skincare product that will benefit YOU!
so there you have it – the basics to my nighttime skincare routine – I also use a few other amazing Counter+ products a few times a week (I have a post coming soon with details)

I hope you enjoyed learning more about my skincare routine, it’s been requested over on Instagram so I thought it’d be best to make a whole blogpost about it!
have a great day!
