my husband, brother and I went to canada last week to visit family and let me tell you … we never wanted to leave (well we never want to leave, ever) we always have too much fun, and tonight I’m feeling the blues. I’m always sad to leave because I don’t get to see my canadian family often enough. 

I made sure to get pictures taken next to my grandpa’s wood pile (one of my favorite memories and scents comes from him burning wood) 🙂 the weather was breezy and gave me the perfect opportunity to bust out my new cardigan and boy do I love it. It’s really soft, thick and cozy. If you follow me on Instagram then you might have seen my post about my new black loafers … I bought them exclusively for work, but they’ve been my new favorites for sure! black goes with anything and everything … right? 😉
