I have been wearing so many bright colors lately I thought I’d switch things up and wear a new favorite combination of mine … black and blue. It’s a combination that used to be considered a “faux pas” just like socks and sandals together, or black and brown together. The key to getting black and blue right is making sure that the shades are distinguishable and that the outfit looks intentional. You know when you go into a store and see something that could be navy but also could be black, well when you’re pairing shades of blue with black make sure they’re different enough that people know that you purposely put them together π
I took the easy route in this specific outfit using denim and an accessory (my bag) as my sources for the blue. be brave and try pairing a blue sweater with black pants or wear a dress that has blue and black mixed together in the same print π this color combination is a DO! π
